Today I have published an annual report looking at the achievements made in delivering our election promises. It is exactly one year ago since the Conservatives took control of the Vale of White Horse District Council, ending fifteen years of Lib Dem dominance and breathing new life into the organisation. In those last twelve months we have taken huge strides forward in delivering our election pledges and helping to reinvigorate our communities. There have been some difficulties along the way, and there is much more work still to be done. I am proud of the team of Conservative councillors who were elected last May and who are taking a leading role in shaping their communities. We will continue to deliver our ambitious agenda for change over the next three years of our term, and will continue to develop new plans to help every community in the Vale of White Horse thrive.
