A march is being organised to counter the one organised by TUC the other day, a so called Rally Against Debt. It will be made up of people who think that the national debt is a really serious issue and it would be immoral to leave it to future generations, we need substantial spending cuts sooner rather than later to avoid seeing more and more of our taxes go on debt interest not paying for services. Beyond that reasonable people can differ about what should be cut, how much and when. No particular party, organisation or person is leading this protest and there is no common position beyond our basic concern about the huge public sector deficit. This is the website, provisional date 14th May http://rallyagainstdebt.org/
